1. Defensive Slide
Stay low in a defensive stance and slide side to side, focusing on balance, quickness, and proper foot positioning.
2. Forward & Backward Push Dribble
Jog forward while dribbling, then retreat backward with controlled dribbles to train balance and directional changes.
3. Pivot & Protect Drill
Hold the ball, pivot on each foot, and add one strong dribble after each pivot to practice stability and ball protection.
4. Drop Step Attack
Start with the ball in triple threat, execute a drop step, and dribble once into space to simulate a post move or drive.
